Membership in the Mechanical Contractors Association of Hamilton is available only to companies signatory to the UA67 agreement. If you are signatory to the UA/MCA agreement, work in this jurisdiction and are not participating in the activities of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Hamilton, here is what you are missing.

Union-Management coordination on industry matters related to labour relations and affecting all employees.

Representation on the local Labour-Management Health and Safety Committee, Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee, Mechanical Trade Bargaining Committee.

Participation in membership workshops, exceptional education programs, scholarship and bursaries for children of management employees, board and committee involvements and social events.

Assistance in obtaining information concerning any aspect of your business operation.

Use of facilities at Construction House, for business meetings and/or seminars.

Membership in MCA Ontario and MCA Canada, with special privileges to MCA America and the National Association of Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors.

Liaison with all other City, Regional, Provincial and National bodies.

Sponsorship as a delegate to the Provincial and National Conferences.
